1. Right to Withdraw (Returns)

If you are a consumer (not a business customer), you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason, under the EU Consumer Rights Directive.

How to initiate a return:

  1. Contact us within 14 days of receiving the product at info@texguru.pl with your order number.

  2. You will receive instructions and return address details.

  3. Return the item within 14 days of notifying us.

  4. We recommend using tracked shipping, as you are responsible for return delivery costs.

Conditions:

  • Item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

  • You are responsible for any diminished value resulting from improper handling.

  • Returned items without prior contact will not be accepted.

2. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will:

  • Approve the refund if conditions are met

  • Process the refund to your original payment method via Przelewy24 within 7 working days

Refund includes:

  • The full cost of the item

  • The original shipping fee (if a full order is returned)

Refund excludes:

  • Return shipping cost (unless the item was defective or incorrect)

If you paid via Przelewy24, your refund will be processed securely through the same gateway. Depending on your bank, it may take 2–5 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.

3. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you want a different size, color, or product:

  • Please return the original item for a refund

  • Place a new order through the website

4. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

We take quality seriously. If your item is:

  • Damaged in transit

  • Defective

  • Not what you ordered

Please contact us at info@texguru.pl within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Order number

  • Clear photos of the issue

We will offer a replacement, refund, or store credit—whichever you prefer—at no additional cost to you.

5. Exceptions (Non-Returnable Items)

The following items are non-returnable unless faulty:

  • Customized or personalized items

  • Items unsealed for hygiene reasons (e.g., underwear, face masks)

  • Digital products once downloaded or accessed

6. Business Purchases

Returns and withdrawals do not apply to purchases made by companies or sole traders acting in a business capacity. Such orders are final unless the product is defective.
