1. General Information

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the online store TexGuru.pl and set out the rules for placing orders, making payments, deliveries, returns, and complaints. By using the website, you accept these terms.

  • After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email.

  • The sale is concluded when you receive a confirmation email from us.

4. Prices and Payment

  • All prices are listed in Polish złoty (PLN) and include applicable VAT.

  • Accepted payment methods: credit/debit card, online transfer, PayPal, or cash on delivery (where applicable).

  • Payment must be made in full before dispatch unless otherwise agreed.

5. Shipping and Delivery

  • We ship orders across Poland and the EU (subject to delivery restrictions).

  • Delivery times are typically 2–7 business days, depending on the destination and product availability.

  • Shipping costs are displayed at checkout.

6. Right of Withdrawal (Returns)

In accordance with EU law, you have 14 days to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason, counting from the day you receive your order.

To withdraw, contact us via email at info@texguru.pl and return the goods in unused, resalable condition.

Exceptions to withdrawal:

  • Personalized or made-to-order items

  • Hygiene-sensitive products once unsealed

Refunds will be made using the same payment method used during purchase.

7. Complaints and Warranty

If you receive a defective or damaged product:

  • Contact us immediately at info@texguru.pl with your order number and photos

  • We will repair, replace, or refund the item in accordance with the applicable Polish consumer laws

  • All products are covered by a statutory 2-year warranty unless otherwise stated

8. Account Registration

  • You can create a user account for faster checkout and order tracking

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information

  • We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts found in violation of these terms
